In Denmark, Valtech has offices in Aarhus and Copenhagen. The Copenhagen office is also the homebase of COSDAT, one of our global service lines.

Welcome to the Danish part of our career site. In Denmark, Valtech has around 220 colleagues, spread across our 2 offices. We mainly work on large-scale business transformation projects for some of the biggest brands, such as Novo Nordisk, Coloplast, Trygfonden and Nykredit Mægler. The second largest city in Denmark ranks absolutely first in charm. And we're not just talking about the city - the Valtech office space is one we call home. Located at the heart of the City of Smiles, our Aarhus office houses 30+ digital natives who largely work for clients on the ‘Jyske’ side of the country.

In the center, our historic canon boat houses are what 130+ of our colleagues call their professional home. The building is more than 200 years old and we are fortunate to be part of its history. What we love the most? The amazing view across the water. We even take a dip every now and then!

In this office, you will also find team members of COSDAT (abbreviation for Commercial Strategy & Data Transformation). COSDAT is one of our global service lines, acting as an advisory for many clients across the entire Valtech Group.

Recruitment process

Applying

Thank you for your interest in Valtech! Each of our application forms are hand-crafted by our regionally operating recruitment team. Please take that opportunity to highlight the most important parts of your application. We would love to hear more about your motivation, logistical preferences, and anything else that might be relevant for us to know. After applying, you will get a confirmation that your application has been received. You will be hearing from us soon!

Screening

When your application enters our systems, we will evaluate it as soon as we can. Even though we try to make our application forms as thorough as possible, it might be that we reach out to you for additional information. After finishing the screening, selected candidates will be invited for an initial interview with members of our recruitment team. Occasionally, we do this through video, in which you can tell more about crucial components of the job and how they align with your experience.

Interviewing

The structured interview process differs depending on the role, but you can expect a further 1-2 rounds after initial contact. We will always specify the exact steps of the hiring process before or during the first interview. To get a glimpse into your technical competencies and personal/professional approach, we might ask you about specific cases, presentations and processes.

Job offer/feedback

If both you and Valtech are excited about joining forces, then we will present you with an offer. We cannot wait to welcome you on board!

If we feel like it's not a match at this point in time, then we will make sure to give you profound feedback that you can take with you for future applications.

FAQ

For the majority of local roles, we are looking for candidates who are able to work from one of our offices in Aarhus or Copenhagen on a regular basis. That means that you, as a candidate, are already based in Denmark or the Øresund area with the right to work.
Some positions will be advertised with fully remote possibilities and/or relocation and visa support options, but these will be very clearly specified.
Flexibility, respect and autonomy are our guiding principles: we want to work together more than apart. Most Valtechies work in completely individual agreements of home/office combinations in a structure that leads individuals to feel most comfortable and efficient. Any deviations from this will again be explicitly described in specific job postings.
