Role Purpose:
The Director of Scaling Solution Delivery is responsible for driving revenue growth by positioning distributed teams as a strategic workforce solution for enterprise clients. This role plays a critical part in not only securing new business but also ensuring the successful delivery and operational alignment of nearshore and onshore distributed teams. By integrating consultative selling, a deep understanding of operating models, and expertise in BOT and GIC frameworks this role ensures that enterprise clients can scale efficiently with high-performing remote talent while establishing distributed teams as a core offering in the company’s portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Go-to-Market Execution & Business Growth
- Develop and execute a structured go-to-market strategy for distributed teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demand.
- Identify and qualify enterprise-level opportunities where distributed workforce solutions, including nearshore and onshore models, provide the highest value.
- Drive new business acquisition by managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and solution design to contract negotiation and onboarding—securing long-term client engagements.
- Leverage a data-driven approach to refine sales strategies, improve market penetration, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
Operational & Delivery Alignment
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration of distributed workforce solutions.
- Collaborate with talent acquisition, workforce management, and operational teams to align recruitment and deployment strategies with client commitments.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing workforce optimization, enabling high performance and retention of distributed teams.
- Partner with finance and operations to develop competitive pricing models and scalable delivery frameworks that support both client and business objectives.
BTO & Operating Model Expertise
- Guide clients in leveraging the Build-Operate – Transfer and GIC model, ensuring successful transitions from talent acquisition to client-managed operations.
- Advise enterprise clients on the benefits of nearshore and onshore workforce models, tailoring solutions based on business needs, operational complexity, and geographic considerations.
- Establish best practices for integrating distributed teams within existing client frameworks, mitigating risks, and maximizing efficiency.
- Can we add the fact that the candidate needs to have already robust experience in Delivery Center set up
Sales Enablement & Internal Education
- Support dedicated sales teams for this engagement model, clients' partners, vertical leads and new business teams on effectively positioning and selling distributed teams as a strategic workforce solution.
- Develop sales playbooks, case studies, and materials to support the sales team’s efforts in driving client adoption.
- Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns that educate enterprise clients on the strategic advantages of distributed teams.
- Already have a robust market network within this domain to speed the GTM
Client Relationship & Strategic Advisory
- Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, helping them navigate the challenges and opportunities of integrating distributed teams into their workforce strategy.
- Engage with key decision-makers to align distributed workforce solutions with long-term business goals.
- Foster strong client relationships to drive repeat business, referrals, and expanded engagements.
Performance Tracking & Market Intelligence
- Establish and track key performance metrics, including revenue growth, sales cycle efficiency, and client adoption of distributed workforce models.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving client demands to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Provide leadership with insights and recommendations on enhancing the company’s distributed workforce offering and market differentiation
