Senior Recruiter
Swedish-speaking senior tech Talent Partner to lead hiring for Valtech Nordics, out of our Stockholm office.

Valtech talent acquisition has undergone significant transformation in recent years, moving from a geographical/market split to an increasingly unified regional model.
Across our core EU markets – Sweden, Denmark, France, Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands & the UK – we now operate as a single regional recruitment team under the global COO.
As we prepare to take the next steps in global alignment, we are looking for a Swedish-speaking senior tech Talent Partner, with around/at least 6-8 years of experience in the digital transformation/IT consulting industries, agency or in-house.
Based in Stockholm, as the “face” and first point of contact for Nordic staffing efforts, you will join a team responsible for driving the successful recruitment of top talent, ensuring the timely delivery of open roles through a collaborative and proactive approach.
You will focus on building and maintaining strong local talent pipelines, engaging with key networks, and identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes within Valtech.
Your broad knowledge across our core offerings and main markets should enable you to effectively manage recruitment needs also outside of the Nordics, and to support the execution of Talent Acquisition initiatives, particularly in areas such as Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DE&I) and Employer Branding.
Joining Valtech at this time in the re-shaping of our Talent Partnering offering, you will help to define the new standard of recruitment service delivery across the organization; a trusted advisor in tooling and process with an eye for optimization, a grounding in metrics and research, and a passion for retention & development.
